Welcome to Barnwal Electric. By purchasing products from our store or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. The term 'Barnwal Electric' refers to the sole proprietorship owned by Mr. Ajay Kumar Arya, located at Near Kali Mandir, Bazar Road Barkatha, Hazaribagh (825323).
We operate as both an Authorized Retailer (for Legrand, Finolex, Havells) and an Exclusive Distributor (for Norwood, Lento, Kutchina). These terms apply to all transactions unless a specific B2B contract states otherwise.
2. Pricing & Payments
Uniform Pricing: We adhere to a strict ethical pricing policy. The rates offered are consistent for all retail customers to ensure fairness. Bulk orders for construction projects may qualify for B2B volume pricing.
GST Compliance: Every product sold at Barnwal Electric is 100% authentic and comes with a valid GST invoice. We do not engage in non-billed transactions for tax evasion.
Accepted Payments: Cash, UPI (GPay/PhonePe), Bank Transfer (IMPS/NEFT), and Cheques (goods released upon clearance).
3. Warranty Policy
Manufacturer's Guarantee: Warranties are provided directly by the respective brands (e.g., Lento, Legrand, Kutchina). Barnwal Electric acts as a facilitator to help you claim these warranties.
Our Assistance:
- For small items (Switches, LEDs), we often provide immediate counter replacement if stock permits.
- For heavy appliances (Inverters, Batteries), we coordinate with the brand's service center to schedule an on-site visit or repair.
Exclusions: Warranty does not cover physical damage, burning due to voltage fluctuation, or water damage unless specified by the manufacturer.
4. Returns & Exchanges
We understand that construction plans change. We accept returns of unused, sealed, and undamaged box-packed items within 7 days of purchase.
Returns will be processed via Credit Note or Product Exchange. Cash refunds are subject to management discretion and the condition of the returned goods.
Critical: Wire & Cable Clause
Please be advised that Flexible Wires, Cables, and Pipes that have been cut from a master roll to a specific length upon your request are considered "Customized Goods."
These items are strictly NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE once cut.
We strongly recommend verifying exact measurements with your electrician before placing a cutting order to avoid wastage.
6. Legal Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of the use of this website, purchase of goods, or dealings with Barnwal Electric shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hazaribagh, Jharkhand.
